And especially, are there available corresponding functions on the software yet? if not, what is the time and budget for the software amendments? It is clear that just as businesses responded that "The process meets my requirements" and software vendors responded that "It can be done on the software with the time and budget given by the businesses". If the answers are not satisfactory enough, the two parties will have to continue to work together to give a better solution to reach mutual agreement. Businesses can present their claims, providers can present on the software process, the consultants can give consultancy so that the project will move forward effectively. All must make efforts to work together to find answers to all problems. Only by this way can an ERP project succeed.
