o    Instrument and Asset Data

Module of Instrument & asset management is responsible for all information related to equipment, assets in enterprise. The information includes the static data (attributes) and dynamic data (arising from time to time). The software enables declaration, statistics and updates of all the static and dynamic information of the Instrument and assets system according to business management requirements.

o    Instrument & asset Category and attributes

Instrument and asset are classified into several group, and each group of equipment, asset has specific group of characters and defined by enterprise (the number of groups is unlimited). The management demand of each group of equipment, asset is different, for example: with asset group as Car, the method as well as management information are different from machine group. With car, the enterprise has management demand of characters such as: capacity of motor, kind of car, manufacturer, driver, daily schedule (route, Km, running time, fuel…), maintenance schedule, status at the current time (occupied or free), running schedule for next week… And with machine, manage the following information: manufacturer, power, capacity, using schedule, maintenance schedule, lists of products…... So software also allows declaring different amount and nature of information to different groups of devices and assets.

The general information of all property and equipment (including: name, year of production, producer ...) is declared in the list of available equipment, property and shared for all groups of both equipment and property. You can add or delete these columns. Characters define specifically each group of equipment, assets for saving, searching information related to equipment, assets.

You can update and make statistics of data by each group of Instruments and Assets.

o    Arising data of Instruments and assets

With each group of equipment, asset also has structure of specific “additional data”. For example: with car, the monitoring demand of daily information is: daily schedule included: route, Kim, running time, fuel… And for production line, the daily additions can be: maintenance, replacement of accessory, status of process … With house, additions can be: repair, paint… It depends on monitoring demand of each group of equipment, asset, you define the structure of additional data suitably. Then whenever there arises information, software updates will allow structured information declared.

o    Procurement of Instruments and assets

The program manages the Instrument & asset procurement process starting from the proposal from each department, to the approval of higher levels (head, assistant director, director ...) until approval and payment of purchase. These steps can be more or less depending on the procurement process of the enterprise. At the end of each procurement, equipment and assets of great value will be transferred to the accounting module to monitor parameters such as the value of assets at cost, monthly amortization.

List of equipment, asset has general items with list of fixed assets in accounting system (equipment, asset with great value). With equipment which is in both lists as in module of fixed asset in accounting system, you can read the status of asset and vice versa, as reading curriculum vitae of fixed assets in module of instrument & asset management, you also can read data of value such as the original price, situation of depreciation … from accounting system.
