During the warranty period if the changes you require are simple and does not affect the structure of the program, we will support free of charges. If your changes affect the structure of the program, you will have to pay additional costs for such changes, which will be calculated on the basis of the actual workload with private support policies.
2. When purchasing Customized products, to within which time was I allowed to modify the software?
When deploying Customized software, you may require editing software according to specific requirements of your company during the time that EFFECT technical staffs make survey and map software functional specifications. After this time the significant costly request can generate additional cost.
3. How the Customization can be done by EFFECT?
Once the minutes of the functional specification of the software have been agreed and signed, EFFECT will perform the Customization at the office of EFFECT. Depending on the workload and complexity, the Customization period will be different. After finishing the Customization, EFFECT will install the program in the client's office. During the testing time, the software will continue to be customized directly to customers’ requirements in accordance with the actual work.
4. During use, if an expected problem arises, how do I do?
During the warranty and maintenance period, and if there are any arising issues concerning EFFECT software that you are using, different cases need different support policies, as follows:
- If you are using the standard products, and the issues arising are due to the changes in new accounting policy, you can go to EFFECT website to download the most updated files.
- If you use the Customized products, and the issues arising is due to changes in new accounting policies or emerging issues related to the use of the software, you can contact the warranty and maintenance department in EFFECT directly for assistance.
- If the problems arising are due to the requirements of your company, you can contact the business department in EFFECT for detailed advice for each problem.
5. I subscribed to buy more workstations for EFFECT- Standard that I am using, but I still can not install those workstations, how do I do?
If the workstations can not access the software you can check the following factors:
- Internal network system: Whether the server and the workstations are connected or not.
- You have shared program folder on the server under Full Control mode for the users of the workstations or not.
- If you have fully implemented the above steps, still the workstations can not access the program you can contact our technical department for assistance and support via the Internet. In case your company does not have an Internet connection you can request support directly to your company at the cost of 500,000 VND/ shift + travelling and accommodation costs (if any).
6. My computer does not show Vietnamese font on EFFECT software, how should I do?
If you have followed the instructions but still can not achieve Vietnamese font, you can contact our technical department for installation support via phone or Internet.
7. I have downloaded EFFECT Standard software but still can not install it, can EFFECT support me?
If you can not install EFFECT software, you can contact our technical department for assistance and support via the Internet. In case your company does not have an Internet connection you can request support directly to your company at the cost of 500,000 VND/ shift + travelling and accommodation costs (if any).
8. I am using EFFECT Small, I want to upgrade to EFFECT Standard. How am I supposed to do?

9. I am using other accounting software, if I switch to EFFECT software, will the data in the old software version be transferred along?
When you choose to purchase Customized products, EFFECT has the support policy of transferring data from the old software to EFFECT software for free. Depending on how detailed the data is, you may need to export data from old software to Excel to add more additional factors before EFFECT technical staff performs the data input into EFFECT software.
10. If I select Customized products according to the requirements, how long does it take to complete the software?
The implementation schedule of Customized products according to specific requirements of the business depends on the complexity of the requirements and the concentration of corporate human resources for the project. Typically a project will last from 01 to 04 months for accounting version and from 04 to 06 months for ERP software.
11. I am using Customized software and need to create some forms of management reports, can EFFECT’s support policies help?
You can contact us directly to make a claim about the need to create additional reports.
- If your software is still in warranty / maintenance period, you simply report to EFFECT’s technical staffs, they will assist you to create the forms. In case of complex reports which take time to design, you have to pay extra cost. This cost will be calculated on the basis of the actual workload with private support policies.
- If your software is no longer in warranty / maintenance period, you'll need to contact the sales department for advice.
12. When there is a change in accounting policy, what should I do to update it?
- If you are using Standard software, you can go to EFFECT website to download the most updated version to update the software you are using.
- If you are using Customized software, please contact EFFECT technical staffs for direct support.
- In case your software is no longer in warranty / maintenance period, please contact sales department for counseling support.
13. I want to Customize to add Sales module to the Standard version? Is it possible?
The Standard version is updated with new functions only when there is a change in accounting policy. If you need to customize to your own request, you need to buy EFFECT version 2.0 or higher.
14. When purchasing EFFECT products, how am I supported to use the software?

15. There are 3 people in my accounting department, which accounting product line should I choose?
With the number 3 you can use starting EFFECT Standard, EFFECT Standard2, EFFECT Standard2 +. 18. I only need a module in the Customized software version, what is the pricing policy for my requirement?

19. I'm doing good with EFFECT Customized product, I want to deploy the software to other branches and other companies of mine, so can the prices be reduced by the Standard software version?
- Prices will be reduced but not by product packaging for the products you are using Customize and products almost exclusively applied to the systems of your company.
- If a new company branch or ask your own business in addition to business 've customize the software you are using, you can purchase products already Customize EFFECT new company. But to be discounted, there must be commitment on the contract is not required to modify the software and will be used as the status quo.
