In the conventional accounting programs, there are different separate data entry screens for each arising transaction such as: import bills, export bills, receipts, payment bills ... When updating arising documents, the user selects the right accounting module on the menu and input the arising data under a unique arrangement of input cells on the screen . This layout often includes the following restrictions :

 o Unable to diversify various types of arising from the same type of transaction: (For example: Payment bill sometimes needs to be classified into several types to serve management purposes: Payment of good purchases; payment of fixed assets, payment of wages...).

o The standard input screen may be unable to meet a number of specific operations. For example: In the entry screen of payment, there is no cell to indicate the name of fixed asset or Vlsphh when needed (eg, payment of fixed asset purchase, payment of Vlsphh ).

o The user must take multiple actions to get out of this screen to another screen (For example: Switch from import bills to payment bills, receipts... ) .

 

Input screen in EFFECT

 

All arising transactions are entered from one single input screen. In this input screen, there are all needed cells for entering all arising transactions. Transactions (Form import, export...) are not selected from the menu before entering the data input screen but are selected right in the data entry screen via the list of document types. The arisng ransactions can be add or remove (called input customization) and not fixed on the menu like the other standard software. Each document type is associated with certain input cells on the screen appropriately (users can impose these rules - known as setting attributes to document type). The adding/ removing/ changing attributes of document type can help EFFECT to have the most suitable "input Configure" for each business. The cells that is not set for a certain type of documents will be inactive during data entry (no effect - EFFECT version 2.0) or disappear from the input screen (From EFFECT version 3.0 onwards) and the users do not need " cursor " through these cells. This saves a number of pressing TAB or ENTER to move from one cell to another to help users optimize the input speed. For example: With the payment bills not related to materials, goods, the cell Vlsphh (materials , products , goods) will become inactive or disappear (3.0). And the cost of purchasing stock of goods or "other accounting activities" the cell Vlsphh the effectiveness of this input.
