EFFECT accompanying Financial Magazine in training conference: "Tax provisions in 2011"

On 1/09/2011, at the guesthouse of Vietnam News Agency in Ho Chi Minh City, the Journal of Finance in collaboration with EFFECT Software Corporation, held training conference "The tax provisions in 2011" for businesses operating in Ho Chi Minh City.

With the presence of the speakers: Mr. Nguyen Van Phung, Mr. Pham Dinh Thi - Deputy Director of Tax Policy Department - Ministry of Finance. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son - Deputy Director of Tax Policy Department – Ministry of Taxation, and the participation of sponsor company’s leaders, as well as hundreds of businesses participating in the training.

 From early 2011 until now, the Ministry of Finance has issued a number of circulars and tax management policies in order to remove difficulties, support enterprise community to develop, and promote the reduction and improvement of administrative procedures under the Government's proposals 30. With the aim of helping businesses understand the new content in the policies and procedures for tax declaration and implementation of tax receipts, Journal of Finance in coordination with Efffect Software Corporation held a training conference: "The tax provisions in 2011" with the new contents of the Circular No. 18/2011 / TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Circular No.130/2008/TT-BTC CIT applicable in 2011 as:

·         The new contents of the Circular of the Ministry of Finance 52/2011/TT-BTC on extending the corporate income tax of small and medium enterprises in 2011; New insights implement the resolutions of the United The first meeting of the National Assembly XIII issued a number of additional tax measures to remove difficulties for enterprises and individuals;

·         New insights on tax declaration of Circular No. 28/2011/TT-BTC Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of some articles of the Law on Tax Administration;

·         Guiding the new provisions on tax receipts to apply from 01/01/2011;

·         Exchange questions and answers with leaders of the Tax Policy Department (Ministry of Finance), leaders of the Tax Policy Department (GDT) about the problems in policy and tax administration.
