Different from other products on the market, EFFECT Small is equipped with available software tool called EFFECT Interactive Help, which can help users learn how to use the software without taking trainning sessions. EFFECT also provides free consultant service via phone and online chat to ensure small businesses to be able use the software for their work. It is known that only 1 week after launching this product, It has been now downloaded and used by about 4,000 businesses.
