It must be said that 2010 was a turbulent year and has brought many changes for the majority of domestic and foreign companies. For many businesses, this is a milestone of ending the old period and starting a new era with many plans and goals. EFFECT Software Corporation has also taken 2010 as a foundation year and started moving into a new phase of many long-term strategies. With the core slogan of "reformation", company executives and staffs are all imbued with this slogan on every aspect from the market perspective, insights into the company’s status and the way to think and the way to do in the new stage of development of the company.
Towards the 2015’s goals of capturing 20% of the domestic market share in terms of overall management software products in the segment of medium and large enterprise, and the long-term goal to become the leading supplier in Vietnam regarding software solutions for business accounting management and overall system management - ERP EFFECT. These two strategic objectives were agreed by EFFECT‘s board of leaders through the 5-year-plan (2010-2015 ) .
Heading to the same goal, all officers and employees of EFFECT in the North and South are always eager to try their best in their duties. The working spirit in this time is higher than ever before. The solidarity and mutual assistance among the staffs are maximized. All departments always support each other to ensure the best efficiency. The new strategy is associated with more demanding tasks, which requires every employee to be dynamic and creative, and constantly listen and learn.
In the period of the current recovery of the economy, companies are trying to cut costs, so approaching and convincing partners to sign contract is increasingly difficult. However, the EFFECT’s Business staffs always try their best to increase sales. So the role of the business staffs is extremely important. Sometimes, they have gone through situations that not everyone can understand, such as when working with picky customers, the contract is ready yet they refuse to sign. There are many instances when the deployment staffs go to the provinces to deploy the softwre but the customer suddenly... abandons the plan without prior notice. It's just a few difficulties that the staffs have undergone during their work in EFFECT. But never do these dynamic and enthusiastic staffs show their disappointment, but even focus more in their work to fulfill the company's goals.
In the 2010-2015 development strategy, target product diversification (especially opening up the product line for small and medium market) , management and technical staff always promote best to create the latest version , the most comprehensive and convenient in order to meet the requirements of customers . Currently the company is focused on completing the new version 4.0 SQL EFFECT ... to put on the market in early 2011
2010 is the year to make a change, it was established PR (public relations - public relations) to put EFFECT’s brand image to customers wider and more professional. Promote brands by the leadership has set the goal of "Creating the emphasis in branding strategy that is changing EFFECT image in the community with social activities." EFFECT activities have been promoted , as a recent charity trip was " difficult Share with poor children in Ha Tinh flood zone " of Hanoi EFFECT . That speaks to the deep concern of all officers and employees in the two companies for the domain associated with social activities, community. Besides, the new website launched full and somewhat more professional voice of the collective efforts of staff EFFECT.
2010 is almost ready to go with more meaningful activities, which are considered as "stepping stones" to prepare for the "shot nudged " further in the next phase of the EFFECT . The entire software company Stock EFFECT strive our best accomplish the goals set out. That is reflected in the enthusiastic atmosphere and the effectiveness of public - employee staff in the past year. Hopefully in the future, that spirit will be promoting stronger, more effective.
