EFFECT accounting software products can be classified by characteristics: Packaged and Customized, or by the size of the business.

The Packaged product line includes EFFECT Small, EFFECT Standard, EFFECT Standard2 and EFFECT Standard2 +. This product line is standardized and packaged (on release and not customized according to business requirements). Each product included in the packaged product line is suitable for different small and medium businesses.

The Customized Accounting Product line includes EFFECT 2.0 3.0 EFFECT, EFFECT 4.0, 5.0 and EFFECT-HCSN. This is the accounting product line that can be modified according to specific requirements of the enterprise during the process of implementing the software to meet different management needs of medium and large enterprises.

Enterprise Resource Planning system - EFFECT ERP includes multiple modules, in which Management Accounting module is the backbone to serve the overall business management. This is the supplementary product line to EFFECT product system in response to the overall management need of any business.

EFFECT’s packaged product line is carefully standardized, so it is simple and easy to use. Especially the price is competitive compared with similar products on the market. When you choose our products, you will receive free remote consultancy and support via phone or online chat. When upgrading to the higher product, you will save more cost and do not have to learn how to use the software because all EFFECT’s product lines are designed with united user interface and 100% compatibility in the database structure when upgrading.

If your business is small or a start-up, you should use the free product - EFFECT Small. The standardized accounting software is free for small businesses and start-ups. Reports system is in accordance with 48/2006/QD-BTC. The software is restricted to only one workstation and only a maximum of 400 entries per month. You can download the software from our website (currently not provided because the more advanced version - EFFECT Standard has been provided for free). The consultancy regarding installing and using the software are supported for free via documentation download, over the phone or by online chat on the website.

If your business has a larger volume of arising business data (around several thousand entries / month) and  has no need to modify the software according to specific requirements but need a standardized software version with higher speed, stability and security, you should use EFFECT Standard2. This is a standardized product line for small and medium businesses, running on free database of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express. This product line includes report system in accordance with not only the Decision 48/2006/QD-BTC but also the Decision 15/2006/QD-BTC and some other management accounting reports. The upgrade to this version from the versions EFFECT Small and EFFECT Standard and is made with 100% compatibility in both data and software manual.

Being a packaged version like EFFECT Standard2, EFFECT Standard2 + version is a standardized product for small and medium businesses, running on free database of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express. But some functions can be modified according to customer demand. The requirements will be analyzed, modified, tested and then packaged for single installation according to customer orders. This version can not be modified during the using time like the Customized product line.

If your business is larger and has more particular business needs that require software modification, you should choose the Customized software version for medium and large enterprises - EFFECT 3.0. This version, previously known as Visual EFFECT 3.0 version, is currently being used in various businesses.

If your business is large or has distributed operations and needs centralized management at the head office, all or some of the distributed sites run the software remotely via the Internet (VPN), you can choose EFFECT 4.0 version. This product line is like EFFECT 3.0 version, but is modified to run on low speed network VPN so that the software can be operated remotely. In case you do not need to run the software remotely, but the number of workstations running the software is over 40, you also need to consider this option because EFFECT 4.0 product line can enable hundreds of workstations to operate on the intranet.

For education and training institutions of accounting, EFFECT Training is the free product designed particularly suitable for training purposes. Unlike EFFECT Small, EFFECT Training version is invested with more support for schools and training centers. The product line comes in two versions, which are EFFECT Training Standard and EFFECT Training Advanced. EFFECT Training Advanced version is equipped with report systems in accordance with Decision 15/2006/QD-BTC, while EFFECT Training standard version is simpler with report system according to the Decision 48/2006/QD-BTC.
